DigitalBreeze
iGaming services

iGaming business connections in Brazil and Latin America.

DigitalBreeze connects companies with suppliers, partners and commercial opportunities across sports betting and online casino markets. We start with your requirements, introduce relevant parties and provide follow-up within the agreed scope.

01

Find suppliers and partners

For an operator, selecting a supplier starts with understanding what the operation needs. For an affiliate or supplier, the priority may be finding a company with compatible commercial interests. We clarify the requirement, identify relevant contacts and facilitate contextual introductions.

The intended output is a relevant selection to evaluate and focused conversations. Solution selection and contracting remain with the parties. An introduction does not replace technical, commercial or regulatory assessment of a supplier.

02

Access Latin American markets

A company entering the region needs to understand who can address its requirements and which conversations are worth starting. We use industry experience and professional relationships to connect operators, suppliers, affiliates and investors with relevant contacts.

The target market, business stage and purpose of the introduction guide the work. Our role is commercial connection and intermediation; the scope does not assume platform development or management of the client's entire operation.

03

Follow through on a commercial opportunity

Once we identify a potential fit, we check interest in an introduction and share the context needed for a productive conversation. Follow-up can include aligning next steps and facilitating communication, as agreed at the outset.

Closing a deal depends on each party's assessment and decision. We therefore define responsibilities, deliverables and compensation before starting, without promising guaranteed deals or results.

04

Prepare for the first conversation

Tell us your role, target country or market, current business stage and the solution or partnership you need. When available, timelines, selection criteria and commercial constraints help define the search.

With that information, we assess the fit and agree a scope. This helps avoid making introductions before understanding the problem a partner needs to solve.

05

Agree a commercial model

Compensation can be a project fee, a commission linked to a closed deal, or both. Project fees cover the agreed work and deliverables; commissions follow the agreed closing conditions.

Before starting, we agree who pays DigitalBreeze, the calculation basis, payment timing and each party's responsibilities. The model reflects the needs of the project.
